As is so often the case, when a small enterprise attracts more clients, those clients, as well as the Studio, seek more defined parameters, towards a smoother intermingling of principles. We regret the boiler plate, and somewhat stiff language, but, we found no better way of clearly expressing the issues. Any suggestions towards improving this page are welcome.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
A student registration is complete when the studio has issued the registration form and received all payments. Payment options are listed on the registration form and below see Method of Payment. Fees must be received at the time of registration.

Lesson service will resume once the account is brought up to date.
REFUND POLICY
Missed Lessons: There are no refunds for missed or cancelled lessons. Please give 24 hour notice if a lesson is to be missed and the Studio will give a make-up lesson. Only 2 make-up lessons per semester will be provided during ”make-up lesson weeks”. Please check our calendar on the website for make-up weeks. If the studio is closed or the teacher cancels the lesson, a refund, using the same method as your lesson payments, will be issued.
CANCELLATIONS: Your tuition secures the lesson day and time on the schedule for the duration of the semester. Should a student stop lessons, for any reason, prior to the completion of the semester, no refund will be issued. Special circumstances will be considered at the sole discretion of the Studio.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payment made be made as follows: Cash or cheque for the entire semester or postdated cheques for the semester as follows: three cheques dated the first of the month of September, October and November.
Cash or cheque for both the Fall and Winter semester; postdated cheques for both semesters as follows: Seven cheques dated the first of the month of September, October, November, February, March, April and May.
