Dan first began teaching piano and theory lessons over forty years ago, and following a long hiatus to pursue a financial career, and raise his family (two children then seven grandchildren), resumed his piano teaching career, from the Dan Corrigall Piano Studio, in 2003.
Dan completed the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) ARCT Performance in 2008 and previously held his ACTM from the RCM. Additional Music Studies were attended at the University of Guelph and Waterloo Lutheran University in Kitchener.
Dan has played in various venues including pianist with the BCC Symphony Orchestra, Pianist with the Barrie Gryphon Theatre, as part of a Stringed Trio, and performed with Theatre Ancaster at several local productions.
He will teach piano from beginners to adults including those who wish to pursue popular piano studies or to acquire their ARCT. In addition, he will prepare students wishing to audition for University Music Studies.
